The festival of Bakrid is being celebrated across the country on Saturday amid Corona virus crisis. On the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha, President Ramnath Kovind, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the leading personalities of the country have congratulated him.
While explaining the importance of this festival in his message, the President appealed everyone to follow the guidelines for prevention of Kovid-19. At the same time, the Prime Minister prayed that the spirit of brotherhood and kindness should increase further. In the wake of the Corona virus, the prayers of Eid-ul-Zaha in other mosques including Delhi’s Jama Masjid were read with social distancing. People were appealed in many places to offer Namaz at their home. Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi performed Namaz at his home in Delhi.
President Ramnath Kovind tweeted and congratulated him. The President tweeted in three languages Hindi, English as well as Urdu. The President said, “Eid Mubarak. The festival of Eid-ul-Azha symbolizes the spirit of mutual brotherhood and sacrifice and inspires people to work for the interests of all. Come, on this happy occasion we wish our happiness to the needy.” Share with people and follow all guidelines for prevention of COVID-19. ”
