Colombian cyclist Jarlinson Pantano was banned by the World Cycling Federation for four years after being found guilty of doping. Pantano won a leg in France de Tour in 2016. He failed the non-competition dope test in February last year. The track sagafredo’s rider was temporarily suspended in April 2019. After this, 31-year-old Pantano announced his retirement in June last year. Pantano won the Columbia Time Trial title in 2017.
